The noise from the A85 can be disruptive for light sleepers!!! The 31 steps to access the parking area could pose challenges for those with mobility concerns!!!

Overall great and pleasant location close enough to the Strathearn valley, Leven House and Crieff. Also, very close to town center. Bright & tidy room with very good breakfast, stunning views, as for instance. Ample parking and delicious and lovely breakfast with nice finishing touches.

A proper fit for a day tour in Crieff with excellent value. The breakfast was great, with fresh local ingredients, made it nice. Try to ask for a room on the first floor if you have trouble with stairs.
